Abstract: The main problem of the Complete Udihe-Russian Dictionary will be the full compilation, description, and analysis of lexical units of the Udihe language in a dictionary of passive type. The said Dictionary will be characterized by its new type and volume, by different lexicographic pa-rameters and will contain abundant illustrative material (contexts). The data contained in the dictionary are to be arranged on ten main principles, in the most convenient way for the reader. For the sake of convenience these principles are subdivided into formal (Section 1) and semantic ones (Section 2).
