Abstract:

The article examines the causes and mechanism of the manifestation of plot elements in lyrical poems by I. Bunin and early A. Akhmatova. It is proved that the plotogenic trends in lyrics reflect a new (essentially phenomenological) method of artistic thinking and lead to the formation of a new genre – the lyrical novel. The external details of existence and quasi-narrative elements perform the functions of embodying an internal conflict in its dynamic development. The article also reveals the connection between the existential attitudes of the authors and the semantic structure of the novel.
