Abstract: The paper contains information on The second international scientific-practical conference held at the Altai State Pedagogical Academy on September 19 – 20, 2013. It was the result of many years of fruitful collaboration between the philologists of the Altai State Pedagogical Academy and the Slavonic scholars of the Kazakhstani higher educational establishments.
