Abstract: The paper deals with «indisputable» crimes, patricide and uxoricide (Dostoevsky «The Notes from the Dead House»). The crimes are connected with an internal plot of the character, the storyteller A.P. Goryanchikov, the author's double. The motive of the innocent victim of a judicial error is considered in the text as conceptual-autobiografical substantiation.

Keywords: dostoevsky, parallelism of criminal episodes, autopsychological aspect of the motive of patricide, crime
