Abstract: The article provides analysis of the late prose by F. Abramov in the Old Russian literature context. The work considers the research of structure, motivational complex and the system of characters of the novel «The Home». The significance of yurodivy hagiography for understanding the «inner plot» of the text is also shown in the article.
