Abstract: In this article we examine an influence of addressee's factor on the terms of some-body else's appraisal. We analyse three typical communicative situations: addressee as an object of appraisal / addressee, who is not an object of appraisal; single addressee / plural addressee (public); addressee – official person / addressee – informal person.
