Abstract: This article is devoted to the research of "de-constructible" function of hypertext language, which is fulfilled by information grammar. English Perfect is in the centre of information grammar. The grammatical category of Order (Perfect) wields retention and precession power and is able to establish causal relations within information environment (Internet).
